I had my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube and this is what happened: a month or so later, I heard a strange sound coming from under my car. When I looked underneath, I saw a felt engine cover had come loose and was dragging against the pavement. It was obvious that this cover had needed to be removed to gain access to the oil drain plug, and that the reason it had come loose was because it wasn't re-installed correctly when Jiffy Lube did their work. I had to buy a new engine cover that cost me $60. Be careful taking your car to this business. They aren't meticulous about putting things back properly.
